The SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course is designed for experienced Scrum Masters looking to enhance their leadership and facilitation skills within a SAFe® organization. This course builds on existing Scrum Master capabilities and focuses on advanced techniques for coaching, facilitating multi-team environments, and optimizing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and organizational outcomes.
