Overview
This 2-day immersive workshop teaches cross-functional product teams how to use Claude and Claude Cowork as a shared reasoning and collaboration system across Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals.
Instead of using AI as an individual productivity tool, teams learn how to leverage Claude Cowork to coordinate decision-making, clarify requirements, generate aligned artifacts, and delegate collaborative analysis tasks.
Participants will learn how to integrate Claude into Agile workflows, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, test planning, defect triage, and release readiness reviews.
The program focuses on Claude-specific collaboration workflows, including:
- Shared reasoning using Claude
- Task delegation using Claude Cowork
- Cross-role artifact generation
- Requirement validation workflows
- AI-assisted QA alignment
- Structured decision documentation
By the end of the program, teams will be able to transform Claude into a collaborative AI teammate that improves alignment, reduces ambiguity, and accelerates delivery cycles.
