Overview
The SAFe® Scrum Master course is designed to provide attendees with the essential skills and knowledge to excel as Scrum Masters within a SAFe® enterprise. Participants will learn how to coach Agile teams, facilitate key Scrum events, and lead teams to deliver business value at scale. The course also addresses remote work challenges and provides tools for effective virtual collaboration.
