This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the PoSH Act 2013 (Prevention of Sexual Harassment). It aims to equip members of the Internal Committee (IC) with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively implement and enforce the Act within their organizations. Participants will gain insights into the composition, roles, and responsibilities of the IC members, along with the procedures for handling complaints, conducting inquiries, and making recommendations. Additionally, the course covers disqualification criteria for IC members and provides guidelines for effective conciliation and decision-making.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Grasp the PoSH Act’s scope, objectives, and importance, including legal obligations and their implications for fostering a safe workplace.
